I shop at Woolworth's Logan central as I know where everything is. Their prices are pretty good as well. But last year I was shopping with my man&we went to the checkout&all of a sudden they changed cashiers, we were both then humiliated in front of customers &other staff. We were asked if we had anything under our tops(we were both wearing tank tops so we couldn't hide anything) They never pulled us aside or took us away from the public area to ask us. We then found out a couple days down the track that some person we didn't even know had gone up to 1 of the staff&told them we were stealing a pork roast. We don't know who this person was. We never got a apology until about 2months ago. I think this is disgusting that they can take some1 a stranger's word. Then humiliate us in front of every1.my partner will not go back there until the manager arranges to come to my house&formally apologise in person. I think he has every right to ask that

Ok I go here to this Woolies a fair bit. I went there yesterday and got something for free.  So here's 4 stars. Startled or Surprised. NO! I didn't steal it! It's was neatly wrapped with "no charge" written on the box.

For some reason this has the atmosphere that can be rather unsavoury. People are doing it though - I loathe that I'm asked if I want to contribute $ to XYZ when I'm struggling to feed my own family. Just let me do my grocery shopping
