Typical woolworths layout.nnBeing such a large store size, there's so much potential for this store. Unfortunately, being in this socio-economic challenged area makes it difficult to make it better.nnThe staff are generally pleasant, a bit slow moving, and getting some things done. You can stand at the service desk waiting for assistance for a few minutes before anyone comes to see if you're OK store side, not cigarettes counter sidennThe store does always tend to look untidy and messy, as I think the turnover of customers to staff on site ratio is not right.nnI do shop here often though as it's convenient & try yo avoid the obvious busy times to make life easier for me.
Absolutely top customer service from the young gentleman this morning I think his name is Nathan. He was extremely helpful, opening a checkout for me as there was only self service, as I was getting overwhelmed. He then sorted out an issue, where the products were misplaced on the shelves, ensuring I got the right item for the right price. Very efficient friendly and professional
Clean store, friendly and helpful staff, haven’t come across an employee there that has been rude. The biggest let down for me is the bakery department. Whilst everything is always made to perfection, there have been more times than not when there has been hardly any baked goods in the mornings come 8am. My faves such as the meat lovers pizza bread 2pk, ham and cheese croissants, 6 pk cinnamon donuts, cheese & bacon bread rolls.nThankfully the deli is right next to the bakery and there’s a lovely and very happy lady that works there and we usually have a giggle together. The store manager is professional and says what she means and means what she says and is always working flat out, rather than just delegating which is pretty rare these days.nOverall it’s a great store, just a let down in terms of having low stock consistently.
Some staff great prices on some things are dear but most not to bad the older staff that have been there for a while are great. You need more staff on floor and checkouts .you need to look after your staff better, they work hard there and most don't get appreciated ,with the everyday customers that come through
Disappointed. I was on my lunch break which is only 1/2 hour. I had to wait so long I left. The one staff member who tried to help was too busy. But worse was that no one was willing to help and they all passed responsibility. All I wanted was my bread cut and no one wanted to. As a regular customer I'm constantly disappointed by the lack of care and the lack of capacity of staff to action basic tasks to make the customer service /experience positive. Considering there is Coles less than a block a way I'm sure to go there from here on.
