Customer service is amazing!!! The gentleman who was packing the milk today 3/1/2026, went far and beyond for us and found lactose free chocolate milk, then come looking for us in the store just to hand us some, I thought this was fantastic as I couldn't find any in other Coles shops.nThank you for your amazing service we will definitely be back in, plus I loved the fact we could talk to someone at the checkout not do self serve as it's so impersonal.
Many thanks to Jarred who was supervising the self-serve lane. He jumped ahead of me to put through my heavy carton of drinks so I would not have to lift it myself.nI noticed he helped others too and always had a smile for customers.nHe obviously takes his responsibilities seriously and has been well-trained by Coles.nThanks Jarred.
Friendly helpful staff. Shop always clean and well stocked. Wide selection of beautiful fresh flowers and various delicious bakery items Self-serve staff efficient.
Yes I especially like the New York style Cheese & the Seafood salad unique to this shopping centre ,, oh yea bubble & Squeaky to go on the Ham & egg's magic
Visited Spec Savers as had itching eye ,Seen by Hanna & found 3 ingrowing eye lashes that she removed. So all good now & was in & out in 30mins
