Really bad customer service at a jewelry store, not spending my money here anymore. My order has been at the store for over a week and no one rang to inform me of its arrival. When i called multiple times they said they didn't have it or it was stuck in Adelaide. Not spending any more money at this store anymore.

Staff communicate poorly and have poor customer service skills. What a waste of time.

very rude staff. i was there buying a gift for my friend and 2 staff were busy with one old lady, both of them. actually one of them was doing nothing behind the register. after 15 minutes she decided to ask if she can help. i asked for two pendants and some info. she had no idea what she is doing or saying and she was very unfriendly. like she is doing me a favor. wouldnt get anything from this shop even if the give it away for free
