I wish to recommend Gregory’s Parramatta Store if you need incredible advice (Watch Purchase etc). You will be greeted with a welcoming smile & treated with respect I was more than surprised Johnny was so helpful & obliging.. So many employees in retail treat customers with complete indifference which annoys me is it that difficult to be polite & welcoming to a customer & answer their questions intelligently. It is disappointing when I go into a store & the staff is not interested in me or their job - everything is too hard for them - dealing with Johnny was a breath of fresh air. I read through the previous comments . I was surprised - good quality jewellery is never going to be cheap. There are many cheap Jewellery Shops all over Australia. f you want quality Diamonds & Gemstones of course they won’t be cheap. You are paying for quality or you can buy the mass produced cheap jewellery. Jewellery is no different than buying a Car you can buy a cheap Car or an expensive Car it is what you the customer is prepared to pay. One complaint was the cost of a white gold emerald ring it was too expensive! Nowhere can you buy a cheap ’Quality’ white gold/emerald ring. Most good quality Emeralds cost more to buy than Diamonds. Diamonds & Emeralds together are beautiful - the Diamond/s reflect the colour of the Emerald - I love Emeralds!

Pretty disappointed. Went in looking for my perfect Xmas gift. Saw the most beautiful emerald ring which had a high price tag of nearly 2.5k. Now it was simple, nothing too fancy, just a three stone ring in white gold. My partner went to surprise me with such a thoughtful gift, until he was told, the price tag was only for the setting of the ring without any stones. He was told it would be a total of 6k with the stones plus the setting. Wasn’t displayed on the price tag? That’s false advertising.

As much of a painful customer i can be sometimes and as extremely fussy as i can be Nelly never gave up. Nelly is a true credit to this store and she has exceptional product knowledge which even far exceeded my expectations, If you are looking for quality Jewellery or a new time piece please do your self a favour and go see Nelly at Gregory Parramatta i can not praise her enough for her service to me as a customer. Thank-you again Nelly i will be back to see you when i next need a quality piece and your expertise. I will recommend that my friends and colleagues come to see you and your team. Regards, Matthew

Rude customer service towards my Mum back in June. She went in and inquired about some Gucci jewellery and the assistant was unhelpful and snubbed her by saying the pieces were all above a certain price point. Might I remind you - your job is a retail assistant - your customers pay you to do your job.
