I had a wonderful shopping experience from the moment I walked in and met Jackie! She is one of the best retail professionals I've met. She was amazing to deal with very informative, not pushy; in fact I did not buy the engagement ring on the first day. Two days later, Jackie stayed open an extra hour so I could make it after work!! Both Jackie and Ambrose have always, not only offered sound advice, ultra friendly and always went that extra mile to ensure my needs were to a high standard of satisfaction which inturn ensured I'd be a return customer. I do not hesitate in recommending Selected Jewellery as a fine jewellery outlet that should be considered when in the market for that keepsake item you've worked hard to afford. Nothing but 5 star service.
Great selection of entry-mid level luxury watch pieces. Purchased an Oris Pro Pilot from this store at an amazingly competitive price. The service was polite and genuine and, although I wasn't in the market for a watch at the time, the deal I was given was too good to pass. I was also given flexible payment options. If i was to critique anything about this business, it would be the lack of a website - it would be good to see the wares online. I am definitely going to be a return customer.

Great selection of stones. Jackie helped design our wedding rings and then they were crafted by the jeweller. So happy with the end product. A+ service.
Visited the store previously looking at buying a Longines hydroconquest. Young woman was very nice. Went in there again to look at watch accessories. Older lady was arrogant & had zero clue. When I went to show her a photo on my phone she walked away to the back of the store mid way through conversation. No care for her job or retaining customer's. Surprised this store has lasted. Definitely buy elsewhere.
A nicely curated selection of watches from entry-level luxury Swatch brands, as well as a good selection of Seiko. Competitive pricing and friendly service, highly recommended.
Don’t ever go here! My husband and I went here to buy a white gold necklace for him. We ask for help to check on the necklace that he wants. The lady from the store is arrogant, my husband ask her if we could take a look closely on the item and she answered NO in a rude way. She told us that it's white gold so we're not allowed to touch it and she keeps asking how much is budget because maybe that necklace is beyond our budget.
Great service. Manager had good product knowledge and was not pushy. She helped me choose a beautiful bracelet for my partner and the price was unbelievably good value.
Best place to go shopping. If you need any good watches go to this place. Jackie has very good customer service and extensive knowledge about all the products. Highly recommend
