Staff wasn't friendly neither welcoming. I entered the shop as 1st time visitor on sunday 7 jan 2018 , No 1 smiled. I didn't feel welcoming. Prices were okay..however i do have some suggestions. Please teach your staff about customer service. They need to make guests feel welcoming not just stand and stare. We also asked if there's any discount, the guy serving us gave a sarcastic smile...hello" all he had to say kindly was sorry its already the best price we have or he will check with boss. I walked out after this experience. Didn't feel like buying from there....train and teach your staff as they are the face of business. Put some bubbly, smiley faces personality rather then those who doesn't know anything about sales and service...u do have great jewelry no doubt but ur front facing staff is no good. Hope my next visit i see and feel welcomed. I don't wana feel like m visiting a monkey's zoo.

Decent collection. Have lot of options in silver as well. Staff is friendly and dosent rush you.
