I came in here today to buy something for myself. It was very busy, so I waited a little bit, and was promptly served by Lea once everything died down a bit. She was so lovely - she went out of her way to find an item code in order to give me an accurate price, she also helped show me a bunch of different charms - especially helpful since I couldn't name what they were, only describe them. She was personable, professional and seemed genuinely passionate about what she was doing. She also told me about the cleaning service they do, which I only now know about because of her! Thanks, Lea, and thanks Pandora for a great first shopping experience with you :
It’s 10 out of 10 shopping experience! And Maria help me with my charms replacement and washing! She is very nice and hospitality! When I told her that the bracelet on my hand was not shiny again, she directly followed the replacement policy of pandora to help me check my charms and offered to replace it with a new one. When I come to Pandora shopping in the future, I will definitely ask Maria to help me! Trust me, she's definitely the best shop assistance you'll ever see!
On the 13-Nov, Rachel went above and beyond to ensure that my daughter was happy with the Birthday gift she selected for her friend and also a pair of earrings for herself. Such a lovely, friendly and knowledgeable young lady. Thanks Rachel.
such bad service I was there for 15 mins and no one even said hi I tried to approach two girls and they said they are busy doing something. and I stood there waiting for someone to help me and no one was bothered. after sometime I left the store and went to do some other shopping I needed to do and came back and again same this time no one spoke to me or even approached me I was literally waiting 15 mins both times

It was absolutely a great experience getting my daughter's first Pandora Bracelet tonight. I was just thinking to get one for her Birthday next month.I just stopped by to see the collection. We were attended by Moana at the store. She was so amazing and caring and helped us with her greatest attention to get mty daughter her dream bracelet. Thank you! Staff like you makes the difference!
Amazing Customer Service! I was served by Bella and Kashish at Pandora Macquarie and their service was exceptional. I was offered a wide range of products for all different purposes and their insightful knowledge into the brand allowed me to make a confident decision in choosing to shop at Pandora. Even though they were extremely busy during the Christmas shopping rush, they found time to help me as I was not too familiar with the brand. I applaud the Pandora management for making the decision to hire these young women who I had never met. Well done to Pandora and I will be choosing to shop here again some time in the near future.
Went in for a clean and get a new ring. Day 1: Served by Rebecca. I was very happy with the great service that she provided. Very professional, honest and willing to help. Day 2: served by Maria, absolutely blown away by her service. Had a very good chat aside from being served by her. I really needed someone as loving as caring like these 2 warm, kind hearted ladies. It really does make shopping experience great especially when I'm with my little ones. Thank you and I hope all retail staff learn how to love their job and be passionate about customer experience.
Zero star for customer service. Unfortunately, Google review does not have that options. I went to buy ring for myself on Friday with my sisters. Very unprofessional and bad customer service. I understand it was the busy day for you guys and I was not getting those items for free. Our bags were searched just because the ring I chose was misplaced and the lady thought we stole them. I was polite enough to let them search my bag and was in line for 20 minutes just to pay? It was my first time shopping at Pandora and it is going to be the last time.
Absolutely amazing service at Pandora Macquarie centre today. I was served by Rebecca who displayed so much friendliness, resilience and patience in the busy shopping time and assisted me wholeheartedly in getting the right jewellery i wanted. She is outstanding and cant speak high enough of the entire staff and especially Rebecca who went above and beyond in assisting me and helping out. Cheers to the management to hire brilliant staff. Well done and thanks a tonne Rebecca again
