I can't thank Quinton and the Castlereagh store team enough for making my dream ring! The ring was made with so much attention to detail - the craftsmanship is impeccable. They took on board all our ideas and carefully tied them into making the ring we wanted with thoughtful construction and advice. The price was also surprisingly very competitive. My fiancé and I are difficult to please but we are so impressed with the result. Quinton was also wonderful to work with and made the experience truly unforgettable. I would highly recommend Cerrone, especially to those that value quality and style at a good price!

Excellent service from all staff. We were replacing a lost wedding ring for my husband.

Frustrating from the start. Once the order was placed the service was thereafter nil. From people not calling when they say they will, to multiple phone messages getting "misplaced", and then the final insult of being ignored and treated so rudely when picking up the wedding ring. This is without doubt the worst jewellery sales experience ever and will never be subjected to it again or suggest it to others...why bother when plenty of nearby stores with similar/superior range have delivered stunning service?
