My partner and I were welcomed by lovely staff as soon as we entered the store. Clara helped us find a simple gold necklace and went above and beyond by really listening to what we were after and was able to show us a range of necklaces that matched our budget. Her knowledge in the industry is unmatched and she was more than happy to chat to us about different materials and how it affects the price, quality and durability. We felt genuine care from Clara and the team and would always trust going back to them.
We have been purchasing jewellry here for years. Recently we purchased a custom design ring for my wife which she is very pleased with. They went above and beyond to ensure it looked as good as possible even using larger diamonds without charging more than the original quote. The ladies that work here are always so happy to see us and make us feel welcome with our three young children. Can't recommend them enough.
An amazing buying experience! It took me multiple months to decide on the final diamond but I am greatly appreciative of Sandy and the team on assisting throughout the process. The engagement ring turned out to be cheaper than JamesAllen given the current conversion rates and importing costs!
I came here to buy a wedding gift and I noticed there was a good range of jewellery on offer. I had no idea what to buy at the beginning however the staff was very attentive and I was able to make my decision easily. I would come this store again when I need jewellery next time.
I came to purchase a gift for my future daughter-in-law on the weekend and the experience was very pleasant. The staff was friendly and was able to give me good suggestions within my budget. I would definitely came back for my next purchase.

I came here to purchase a birthday gift for my mother yesterday and i was surprised how easy it was to find the right gift. Thanks to Judy who helped me to choose the pendant and my mum really likes it.
Love shopping at this place. They have a huge range of diamond products, sandy and clara were very helpful in helping me choosing anniversary gift for my wife. I came to this shop last week to shop for Mother’s Day gift. I had no idea what the buy. The girl in the shop was helpful as she tried to look for a gift that was within my budget, and at the end my mum loved the pendant. So grateful to have found this shop, will definitely return :
I was rather disappointed with the service at Royal Jewellery Co. Although we agreed on initial specifications, I was unknowingly given a product .5mm thinner than agreed and charged an additional fee over the agreed price. Considering the gold rates at the time, I was significantly overcharged for workmanship and will not be returning in the near or far future. Dishonest practices such as these are highly unprofessional and should not be tolerated in any industry, in any instance.
