Me and my partner bought a Tungston ring from this store - it broke after 4 weeks of getting married. We then ordered a white gold replacement ring, after waiting for over 3 months for the replacement ring to arrive, we arrived at the store to find that they actually had ordered the wrong ring, and then we were told there was no evidence of us purchasing a new more expensive ring, we then had to show them the bank statement and show them the day of purchase so they could find it on their system. Pretty much everything that could of gone wrong during our experience with this store went wrong. Its a shame because their manager Dean is a nice enough bloke, and their service was OK, I do wonder though that if we were buying a more expensive item then would we of had these issues? Our initial ring was $500 then we bought a $1k ring to replace the original broke. Maybe we just had a bad run of luck because the other reviews on here are good for them....shame!

My partner and I went into Hardy Brothers on the weekend after getting engaged. It was one of a few Jewelry stores we went to that day in Sydney CBD. We were met by really lovely woman who gave us all the attention we needed, explained everything really well, and made us both feel really comfortable. We found the ring we both really loved, but as this was the first place we had looked at, I wanted to go to a few other jewelry stores before deciding. Its a really big purchase and one that I'll live with for the rest of my life so I just wanted to be sure. I went to a further 3-4 stores and again looked at beautiful jewelry, but I couldn't get out of my mind the ring I loved at Hardy Brothers. We went back and bought the most amazing ring, I love it and can't stop looking at it. Our experience was really great, I'm so glad that we went in.
