I’m a massive believer of greeting the customers as soon as you see them. And maybe due to lack of customer service that’s why there was only 3 people standing in there waiting to order 12pm on a Saturday compared to Maccas. Two staff finally came out the front and too busy having their own conversation to say anything. So I said Hi, how are you? With a reply of we’ll be with you in a sec, and they continued on their conversation. We left. I believe one person and staff training a new people but seriously, communicate with the customer. Say, Hi How are you? We are doing some training at the moment.

It is not acceptable that you guys charge an IQ burrito that comes with rice, beans, meat and additions, and not putting any fried beans in there. The staff was aware of it and instead of offeing a discount on the burrito or add something else without extra charge to cover the missing beans, they were just ignoring it. When I asked to put the fried beans, they said "there was no fried beans" and then I asked to have that replaced with something else cos that was not a real burrito, and the answer was, there is a $0.50 extra charge,,,,really?. The site was packed so wondering if you guys charge 0.50 per addition, not including the fried beans who knows for how long, then what is the profit there? To complete my burrito journey, my second last bite came with a thin brown elemeny called hair, within the IQ salsa. I guess, that was to replace the missing fried beans. I got the receipt to prove my visit to your establishment so you can ask your staff if at 13:50 pm there was no fried beans to put on burritos. Also, the photo of the hair.

While visiting Lithgow we had lunch at Zambrero on the 29th of December, 2017. The food was really great and the staff were very good. We'll be back when we next visit. Lithgow people are fortunate to have such a restaurant.

Always a fan. Good variety for veggies and meat eaters. Yummy taste, filling and affordable!
