Oh what should I say about this place. Went there for Christmas Eve hoping for a decent meal. Got there, the place was dead, feeling a little nervous and should’ve left instead of staying. I ordered a pasta and ask specifically for it to be very MILD or not spicy at all, came out with a spoon full of chopped fresh chilli sprinkled on top. My partner ordered a RARE steak and came out medium/well done and had to ask for a new one. Limited communication skill from the waiter too, which why we are not coming back to this place unless some improvements are or will be made. Sorry.

We were only guests in restaurant- had to send one meal back as steak not rare as requested. Was asked after complaining steak was over cooked “do you want it changing?” “I’d like one cooked as I’d ordered, yes” was my reply. Lovely waitress but limited communication, who’s recommendations from the menu were “the chicken and chips are yummy”. Our second dish, pasta was requested as mild not hot and presented with chopped chilli across the top- at least these could be taken off! Shame as place has lots of potential and the replacement steak was great. If it was full of guests I’d have been lenient but we were the only two there- said it all!

Great food. They accommodated us at 8.45 pm on Australia Day when almost everything else was closed. Yummy lamb shank with a huge portion size.

Excellent waiting staff and amazing food, chicken was cooked marvellously. Compliments to the chef on the night, good serving of fresh salad and chips to compliment the dish. Didn't have to hack at the chicken, just came apart into cheese covered bite size pieces, grilled chook is always a plus too, yum!

Waitress was lovely and played with our young son, all credit to her handling all of the front of house tasks solo. However, that's where the love story ends. My partner is vegan, we asked for options suitable, and were told steamed vegetables and chat potatoes. These arrived swimming in butter. I eat meat and ordered the filet Mignon, medium. The centre of this steak was bordering on rare, and the mash as an extra $ side was possibly re-heated it was so dry. Good staff, questionable food. For the premium price, I'd go somewhere more premium.
