Can’t fault the service at the Red Rooster. Young staff were polite and the food was quick, fresh and up to the Red Rooster brand.nSomeone else mentioned the store was a bit dated which I tend to agree and a tip for management would be regular toilet cleaning schedule for high traffic days, it was pretty gross and hadn’t been attended to for awhile.nTake away is take away, good service and food.

Absolutely terrible.nnI ordered from Red Rooster in Lithgow tonight on the 31/10/25 and first off my food was cold.nI asked nicely for the bloke at the counter named Andrew if he can heat it up to which he rudely said “it’s not my problem”nnThe toilets are absolutely disgusting, I wouldn’t suggest anyone to sit on them or let alone go in there unless you want an infection of some sort.nnThe tables are grubby and aren’t cleaned.nnDue to how bad the customer service by one of the members named Andrew and how dirty the inside of the store was I went to go find somewhere to eat, my meal was cold and my chicken my stringy and rubbery.nI had to throw it out due to how bad it was and go over to maccas for something to eat.nnIf this is how this Red Rooster operates all of the time with the team members rudeness and not caring, the food quality and the dirtiness of the store I have no idea how they’re still open and haven’t been shut down.nThis place gives the whole franchise a bad name and is a total circus!

Great experience. Food was tasty and the well prepared, service was friendly and fast. When I went at 10am it was very empty and quiet. Ordered a $4.95 lunch sub box, the chips, gravy and sub was warm and tasty. The onion rings were very crispy too. Very good filling portion and affordable.

Toilets were absolutely disgustingnTables were filthy , had to ASK to have the table wiped over. Food and rubbish under  tables & chairs & booths. 5 staff on took half hr for our order to be readynOrder screen were grossnAbsolutle filthy place

The buns were stale, the three miserable little chicken strips on the burger were dry and chewy and so was the bacon. The chips were too salty to eat,  and the buffalo crunch pieces were extremely dry and they were way too spicy. Totally inedible. Disappointing to say the least!
