The fat blonde hairdresser is trash and when I try to give her specific instructions or correct her in a polite manner she gets angry and shows attitude. The rest of them are quite friendly and chatty towards me so I don't mind but they're still terrible hairdressers except for the Latina one, she's somewhat competent at her job.

Now I believe there are clearly reasons why so many people give one star, and I am about to do the same only because I could not give zero star. Yes they offer the “best” price around this area, but I guarantee you that they also offer the worst experience. I swear I will never go back to them in this life. It is totally waste of money. My hair looks so sho(i)ty after cut, that I have to wear a hat to cover it. I believe I could do better to cut my hair by myself even without the help of a mirror. Shame on you, those unskilled and irresponsible “barbers” in this shop.

I've been going here for years. The staff are friendly and my kids love the lollypop's. I would recommend giving it a go. Sometimes the wait is long but that's the price of a good hair cut ..

Cannot spell the only two words of their business name properly, nor can they cut hair. I cannot think of any hair cut experience as bad as this. The staff CLEARLY do not care. They spent the entire time yacking about somebody's divorce while they butchered my son's hair. Had to get it fixed up by they guy who cuts my hair and he was amazed at how bad it was. I have no idea how they hold down their jobs. There was a time when people who groomed hair had to be qualified and could call themselves professional. No professionals in this joint - that's for sure. Like the hacks working there, that's the result you will get if you choose to cut your hair here. STAY AWAY. 1.7 is their average Google review. They'll be permanently closed within two years. Hopefully my review can help minimise any horror story casualties before then.

Last time I went here, (which to be fair was a couple months ago) I wanted to get my hair cut as it was very long. I have very thick hair and after seeing the prices thinking they were pretty good, I went in. I wasn’t expecting anything special, just wanting a basic cut, maybe a little bit of layers to help with my thick hair. Once sat in the chair, she asked how much I wanted off, and I indicated how much I would like (as you do) and then instead of asking how I would like to have it look or what exactly I would like, she goes, ‘okay just sit very still and don’t move, I’m just gonna do this’ (or something along the lines) and proceeds to get clippers, straighten my hair at the back and horizontally cut my hair in a straight line, taking about 5 min. Meanwhile she could not stop gushing to her coworker on how much hair I have. My sister who has slightly thinner hair goes through the same process, and while this may seem not all that bad, what I thought was bad was that we were charged extra for the fact that we have a lot of hair, despite the fact that the job took legitimately 5-10 min. Meanwhile a teenage boy is sitting next to me getting his haircut (which I think is cheaper than a womans hair cut) and it took about 20 min longer, and yet they still charge us extra despite the fact it probably took them less effort to cut my hair than anyone else’s. Not to mention how distracted they were throughout the whole thing, giving me the feel they wanted me out as quick as they could. The haircut I was left with is not flattering and the service is very unprofessional.
