I’m new to Melbourne and had been looking for a place to pamper. Today was my first visit to this salon after reading all the reviews & I’m so so glad that I went ahead. It started with Lucy who did my hair treatment, she was lovely and asked me all the relevant questions to ensure I get the right treatment that best meets my needs. I was so impressed with her customer service that I then got a haircut. They were so lovely that they accommodated me. It was Linda who did my haircut & she was A-M-A-Z-I-N-G!!! I’m going back to her in six weeks for hair color. She gave me honest advice on the type of hair cut that I’d go for, that best suits my face. She also gave me good tips on how to maintain my hair with chemical free products. Thank you so much ladies for this wonderful pampering session. It made my day and I finally found a place to go in this new city
I had a hair cut about 2 weeks back. It was the most expensive and the worst quality I had since moving to Point Cook. Even after 2 weeks my hair aren't falling in their place the way I want / have them normally. Very bad experience.Services: Hair coloring
To the crew thank you i love coming in as I'm welcomed everytime with beautiful smiles and a very relaxed environment. As for the work they do can't fault it my hair always looks good everytime i leave.
