Friday 21 July 2017 - I was shopping at the Priceline store at Pacific Werribee. I was served by one of the Sales Assistants, namely Marthese, in the Skin Care Section. Marthese was very friendly, polite, with a caring approachable nature and extremely informative in the Skin Care range.  Marthese is an valuable asset to Priceline.
Before I left the store, I spoke with Tracey, the Store Manager, to commend her on her staff member. Tracey was also very friendly, easy to talk to and held great customer service skills that consisted of a highly professional manner.
Congratulations on the great customer service at Priceline, Pacific Werribee!
