Here for the flu shot. Friendly staff and great service, thanks!

I needed Bexsero vaccine for my child. They let me reserve one over the phone while it was out of stock in other chemists we checked.  So we got it last Friday. I then learned that I could claim the cost from our health insurance. So went back to get the official receipt and they said “Always ask for one no matter if you need or not”...  For such an expensive item I wish they always offer one in the first place regardless of customer needs it or not.

Awful service!!!
