The staff are friendly. The pharmacists are knowledgeable. The wait is dependent on the time you visit. Regardless, your scripts are worth the wait because everything has to be exactly right. The prices are very good too.
Pharmacy staff were awesome but the customer service from the register staff today was terrible. It was just choose your own register and she basically threw my bag at me. I even thanked her & said have a great day to her and she just grunted at me... it left me in shock. I was like WOW!! And had to write a review so maybe the company can train their staff in proper customer service etiquette. Or employ people that love their job.

Each time I visit, I encounter a limit on this product. When I inquired about the absence of a red label indicating the limit, the staff member was unable to provide a satisfactory explanation. As a former employee of Chemist Warehouse, I expected that such important compliance issues would be addressed properly. In my previous store, we always had clear signage regarding product limits and procedures.nnYesterday, I was assisted by Yazid, who mentioned that I could only purchase one ointment, despite my husband and I paying separately. This approach seemed confusing, as we were clearly two customers. I believe that better communication and training for staff on these policies is essential for providing quality customer service.nnAdditionally, during a visit to the pharmacy to discuss my husband's condition, we were attended to by a staff member in a regular uniform rather than a qualified pharmacist. Unfortunately, he misdiagnosed the issue as a mosquito bite, which raised concerns about the quality of care provided. It is crucial that only trained professionals offer medical advice, as incorrect diagnoses can lead to serious consequences.nnI sincerely hope that you can address these issues. As a customer, I value attentive service and accurate information. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
Had the most amazing experience at chemist wearhouse thanks to Julie! She was so patient with me and helped me find the perfect fragrance for my mum for her birthday. She went through every fragrance with me to make sure I found the one. Thank you so much again Julie. Would come back just for her assistance again.
