Despite arriving fairly late in the evening around 7 PM, the store still felt safe, welcoming, and well-lit. There was plenty of parking available, which made the visit even more hassle-free. It’s also great to know that this store is open late, making it a reliable option for those who need to pick up medication or essentials outside of standard hours.nnWhat stood out the most was the friendly and efficient service. The staff were warm, helpful, and professional. Even though the store was busy, we didn’t have to wait long for our prescriptions to be filled. The pharmacist was particularly great— clear, easy to understand, and patient when explaining how to take the medication. It really makes a difference when pharmacists take the time to ensure customers are confident in their prescriptions.nnAnother pleasant surprise was the overall atmosphere. Other customers were also polite and friendly, which made the experience feel even more positive. Sometimes pharmacies can feel rushed or stressful, but this visit was the complete opposite— calm, efficient, and well-managed.nnI had originally been visiting the nearby medical centre and needed to pick up antibiotics for a cough. This Chemist Warehouse was the most convenient option, and I’m so glad we stopped by. I think almost every time I come here, the staff on registers do not speak to me other than to tell me the total. Then they'll stand there and talk amongst themselves and act like you being there to be served is an inconvenience.Came here a few days ago, I was the only person looking at the perfume cabinet, this particular employee looked at me with a judgemental look, then continued talking to another employee. Another 2 customers came up to look at the perfumes and she looked directly at them to ask if they'd like to test anything. I can only assume she either thought I couldnt afford what I was looking at, or because I was still in my work attire, she assumed I dont like to smell pretty??? I walked out without purchasing anything because she made me feel uncomfortable to even ask her for help.
I’ve only ever been to this pharmacy in the evenings, since I work during the day, and every single time the service has been terrible. The staff always seem irritated, like serving customers is an inconvenience. There’s no basic friendliness or professionalism, just bad attitudes all around.nnCommunication is poor, and any time you ask a question or need help, it feels like you’re bothering them. They act annoyed just doing their job. It’s honestly uncomfortable walking in there, and the atmosphere is consistently unpleasant. I try to avoid it unless I have no other option.
I am very impressed with the Chemist Warehouse in Hoppers Crossing. I ordered some items online for click and collect and within a few minutes the items were ready for collection . When I arrived at Chemist Warehouse, even though they were busy, it took me no time to collect my items from a very friendly staff member. I was really happy with this experience.
