The staff at this Pharmacy are great. They are all very helpful and knowledgable about their products. In particular I have been temporarily interstate, the staff have still taken care of me by calling from time to time and making sure I have my regular medications. Each time I get low in supply they forward replacement packs to ensure I maintain my dosage. The Pharmacists liaise with my GP to ensure my scripts and medications are up to date. Wonderful experience that I have received from no other Pharmacy. Updating March 2018. I am recovering from a stroke I had in late 2017 well after my last review. The Melbourne hospital I was taken to was able to contact Lowe’s Pharmacy Werribee and speak directly to their pharmacist. Between Lowe’s and the hospital my current medication was identified and I was able to continue dosage while in hospital. On discharge in February 18 Lowe’s and the hospital established what my ongoing medication was and how best to provide it. Lowe’s made sure that I received what I needed and delivered it before I needed it. I was transferred to SA to continue my recovery with family. Lowe’s pharmacist rang to ensure my medication had arrived and even Instructed me on how to open it and how to use new dispensers which they had provided. Once again I can only be in awe of the service and care provided by this pharmacy and it’s staff. Caring people thinking only of their customers. Giving me peace of mind during my slow recovery. Thank so very much.

I’m not very happy with the customer service from a few girls, they didn’t have a level of professionalism.

31/8/17. The female asian pharmacist has the inability to follow customer's instructions and order what is written on the script. She has to reorder after trying to convince customer to pay for her mistake. OMG
