Unprofessional staff and rude behavior waiting for 40 min after giving my prescription and then they said our system not allowed to give u medicine this was not my first time I always buy my medicine from this place and never had any issue but this time really rude behavior which is not acceptable not recommend any more
Went to get my Statutory Declaration signed, the pharmacy assistant didn’t even let me complete my sentence and straight away said that they are unable to do it because of Covid-19 and the regulations by the government, I do understand that, but there was a better way to say it. I am sorry but she was very rude and this behaviour is completely unacceptable.
Natalie was a pleasure to deal with. She was approachable, professional and very knowledgeable in her products and service. I'm a regular return customer and this is attributed to the friendly staff.
That was easy! Love this place. Had to pop in and grab some items and the staff are just so friendly and helpful, especially during this time. It's great to be able to go to one place for everything I need from a chemist.

I walk into and ask one of the girl at register, she show me the way to find but i coudnt find and came back to her and she clearly refuses to help me, second moment a aussie girl came and she said same thing, that same girl walk by herself and get her stuff, if u guys wanna see just locals just put a notice board “NO IMMIGRANTS PLEASE”. Very very very bad experience and sad moment.
