Fast customer service. Parking is very limited. Have to use other shop's parking! Parking varies and is worse mid morning. Same silly story that panadeine is no longer made...to women with period pain (monthly for most of their lives!) and suffering migraines..... Evidence that they think customers are stupid! Great opening hours and competitive prices! Terribly cramped store, very narrow aisles! I wouldn't waste my time going back.

The worst mychemist shopping experience ever!!!! Bought the Black Mores supplement yesterday but found it will be expired within a month (14th April) ?! When doing return, there was a guy with colored hair (Point Cook store Monday night shift) was so arrogant and saying if u not give autographic exactly like the credit card, we can call the police! Wow, I believe everyone have many autographic style and sometimes we prefer use the easy one, but call the police because you can? Come on ! Such a bad employee destroy a great brand image !

The Pharmacist would not sell me two tubes of tooth paste, with out a letter from my dentist, over kill, its tooth paste & its always out of stock. I travel a lot & have one tube for travel & one for home use. yet this was not good enough. yet I can walk into another pharmacy & buy one....

I think it’s Obvious to say most of the complaints made about this store are from people who can’t even type a coherent sentence . It’s very much the old story of people not getting their way and trying to slander a brand image. This is an excellent pharmacy and would recommend

It's ok if you are driving past it and need to purchase something from the pharmacy but not great. Cramped, boxes everywhere, narrow aisles. Parking bit of a hassle too.
