I loved this place but my Last experience was a thumbs down. Never been so dissapointed with any of my visits until my latest experience. No patients on my visit. Just me and my son booked in for two different appointments straight after one another. We arrived 10mins early and just sat listening to the doctor, receptionist and nurse talk about their lives, trying on clothing and laughing. We were seen 10mins late to appointment time. I basically just sat for 20mins listening to them conversate about nothing to do with work. After seeing doctor I had to wait for the nurse to write out a plan which I got seen straight away. I understand it takes a while like 5mins max usually but he couldn't focus on his work he kept getting distracted from the doctor about their previous conversation they were having when I was in the waiting area. So I left in a very bad mood because I only went in for a referral which usually takes 2mins with my gp. No other patients had come in within the hour timeframe I was there. I love my clinic, but 1 bad experience just ruined it for me cause they weren't focused.
I have been a patient of the Myclinic Werribee Central for many years. The Doctors at the clinic are professional and caring and the reception staff are friendly and helpful. I am happy with the care I receive there and wouldn't hesitate in recommending them to my family and friends. Keep up the good work guys and thank you for your care.
The girl that was on reception today cannot remember her name was so incredibly helpful and I cannot thank her and the woman doctor that was also on today enough. The podiatrist I saw a month ago wrote me a referral to get a bulk billed X-ray. I come in to the radiologist today and they informed me that since the podiatrist is unable to refer for X-rays from the ankle up it will not be bulk billed. I was so frustrated as I have been waiting for these scans for a month and wasn’t expecting to have to pay over $100 for it, otherwise I wouldn’t have waited for the bulk billed appointment. However the lovely ladies at the radiologist suggested I phone My Clinic and see if I can get a referral from a dr there instead. The girl on reception was a delight and spoke to the doctor immediately who I have never seen in person, and they were able to write me a referral over the phone and fax it through within minutes. You have saved me stress, time and money and I am so grateful!!!
Saw Dr today regarding a persistent cough I've had for over one month. Dr didn't ask any questions regarding my previous health, or medications I am currently taking. Didn't take my BP or look into my throat, even though I presented with a very hoarse voice. Didn't listen my chest until I suggested it. Gave no suggestions as to how to deal with this cough, gave no suggestions as to medications I could use. Absolutely no help at all, and a complete waste of my time, and Medicare's Bulk Billing system. First time I have attended this branch, and I will definitely NOT be going back.
Utterly pathetic. Went to emergency room with clear symptoms of gastrointeritis. After waiting an hour, asked how much longer we'd need to wait only to be told another 3 hours at least. We left not having seen a doctor at all. Useless. Do not go here.
Dr Adam Smith is the most caring, thoughtful and thorough General Practitioner I have ever had any dealings with. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
Front desk on a Thursday. EXTREMELY RUDE AND CONDESCENDING ABOUT PRIVATE INFORMATION. Pretty sure she doesn't understand customer service with Policy and procedure. Not going back their.
If only they'd answer their phone!!!! Called for 30 minutes, no response from being on hold and then hung up on! 3 times!
