Attended this morning for a dental scan 23.11.22. The reception staff were warm and welcoming and the lady who preformed my xray was lovely. I wouldn't hesitate in going to Lumus again. Hassle free, no long wait period and genuinely lovely people. Pleasant experience.
Appalling. Will NEVER come back here. My previous visits when it was Healthscan were pleasant and professional. The experience I just had with the Asian female tech I wasn’t given a name for a particularly sensitive US, was nothing short or rude, abrupt and even mean. She seemed like she didn’t want to be there and took it out on me. She barked instructions at me, did not explain the process and seemed annoyed by everything. She was asking about details which were stated on the referral, i advised her and she kept being short with me. I’ve never been treated so poorly in my life visiting a medical practise. I wasn’t advised where to discard my gown or paper towels and she walked back in while I was getting dressed. When I went out of the scanning rooms, she came out and again in front of other patients told me ‘you can leave now’ I don’t know what happened in this woman’s day to treat me so poorly. I’ve been left upset and shaken. Disgusting conduct.
It’s located near Werribee station entrance facing the shopping strip, level one of the super-clinic. Very accessible by car or public transport, got plenty of parking spaces at the rear of the building. Both the receptionist and technician were reasonably professional and polite. The x-ray imaging room was somewhat stuffy and the equipment seemed a bit unclean, other then that I didn’t experience anything unacceptable that were mentioned in other reviews.
I have been going to this imaging business for over 10 years and would highly recommend it. The receptionists and staff are professional, understanding and always willing to assist my family as quickly as they can. In all my years I have never see a dissatisfied person in the waiting room. This business helps over 100 people every day so that's approx 2400 people per month. When I read the few negative responses maybe 1 a month I feel they are not a true representation of this business. Thats 2399 satisfied patients per month. Keep up the great work and thank you for serving our community.
I called to book an appointment for an ultrasound. waited on hold for 10 minutes just to speak to a VERY rude British lady. She was abrupt and blunt. She advised there wasn’t any appointments until Monday. I said i’ll call around first and she hung up without saying goodbye. I would now rather wait in pain for another appointment with another clinic than go to this clinic because if this individual
Got a lovely doctor named Micheal today. Legit was very nervous for the scan. Hate needles and what not. I believe I wouldn't have completed the scan had Micheal not pulled me through, with no pressure at all. Patient and caring. Been here a few times and been good each time. But today I am particularly grateful.
Never been treated so rude in my life by the receptionist. Made an error and didnt have referral form on me as I thought the text that was sent was enough. They wouldn't ring my gp and told me to 'go home' then call back. I was visibly emotional in front of them - crying and nothing. I made it home and to.my gp and whilst waiting for the referral to be reprinted again rang and was told no chance. At this stage is was 20mins passed my time and only 10 mins away. No compassion whatsoever. Both receptionists did not care what so ever. My gp was upset and stated a simple phone call would have beem sufficient. When they told me they would not be able to see me there was nothing in the way of making the next appointment. I will never walk in here ever again nor have I ever written a negative review before.
Never go to them. They will give wrong report for sure.I went for my thumb ultrasound as I suspected that some glass particles have gone inside the thumb skin . They did my ultrasound of thumb, during the process the nurse told there is some infection he can see. But in report they mentioned no foreign particles no infection as well. But it was utterly wrong report cos after one day as my thumb was paining so much I had to slit the skin at home and found the glass particle as well. Now you understand how wrong they diagnosis patients it can be life threatening as well. Dont ever go else you are in danger.
Can’t thank Erica, Stephen and Dr Ken Tee enough. The care, concern and empathy shown by those three is exemplary and a credit to this organisation. They are three very good reasons to always go to this radiology service and clinic!
I just had a conversation with one of the receptionists found her very combative and rude. They made a mistake when booking me in and made it sound like it was my fault. When I’ve been in there waiting the receptionist are too busy to acknowledge you. And when they do they treat you like an inconvenience. Bring a receptionist myself. I would never treat a patient they way they do at Lumus Werribee.
