Fast and passionate service by experienced medical professionals. Great facilities and caters to all the needs of every individual patient which includes General practitioners, physiotherapy, dentists, radiology, pathology. Always busy, at times especially during weekends and holidays there could be a long wait.

Receptionist rudely told the happy playing chil to be quiet. Sorry they were not screaming or destroying the place.

Worst medical center ive ever been to. X-ray reciptionest are so rude. Complained and nothing came up. Ive been given wrong information about my 12 week scan pregnancy scan.

Reception staff were very helpful, the doctor had to ruin it for everyone....extremely rude guy by the name of Dr Rob, was sarcastic about everything. He made every excuse possible to not help me in my situation, he wasted my time and money. I guess he couldn't be bothered with paperwork...he is an absolute failure.

The lady over the phone is so rude uncessarily . I simply asked if my test reports are in . Very blunt & rude way to answer a simple query like that . She has no sense of respect or empathy , forget about customer service skills. Won’t judge the entire facility on the basis of her behaviour. They seriously need to do something about her.
