I had a great experience here. The reception staff were welcoming, and the doctor was very kind and professional. The waiting time was reasonable, and the clinic was clean. Thank you for the excellent service.
First visit. There was a wait time, and I waited an extra 30 minutes. However, Dr Daniel Djemal is amazing.nnI changed GPs because my previous doctorin other GP couldn’t identify the cause of my symptoms. Dr Daniel Djemal recognised it within seconds, and accurately. He is very patient and takes the time to genuinely understand and solve the issue.nnAfter meeting Dr Daniel Djemal, the waiting time no longer mattered. I’m glad I found a truly good doctor in Point Cook.
I had my driver’s medical with Isabelle from Logistics and it was a fantastic experience. She was incredibly friendly, professional, and took the time to explain every part of the process clearly, which made me feel comfortable and at ease. I really appreciated her approach and the level of care she showed. I’d happily come back again and would definitely recommend her to others.
I give five stars to my doctor, as well as to several of the other doctors I’ve seen when she hasn’t been available. All have been attentive to my needs, and whenever I visit, I feel well cared for.nnRegarding reception, I understand the pressures of the role, with constantly ringing phones and a queue of unwell patients. I don’t want to paint everyone with the same brush, as many of the reception staff are genuinely kind and lovely despite the high pressure environment. However, on occasion, I have encountered a receptionist whose mood and attitude have come across in their approach, making the experience less pleasant. Despite this, I would overall say the practice as a whole is good. I like that I can use the Hot Doc app to book in appointments easily.
Very professional doctors and efficient. They are very busy which does not always allow time for a quick follow-up. I made use of the Telehealth services and my doctor was just amazing! Really! nnBut, some receptions could be a little more helpful and friendly when it comes to resolving an issue. With an abrupt and dismissive tone disguised as care was patronising and unprofessional. But one or three negative interactions with the receptionists should not put you off from going there for medical help.nnI got feedback on a question I’ve asked on their portal within an hour. nnMedical help- very good experience. nnReception- needs training. Provide the level of service and care you would want to receive
