i visit this clinic and south yarra - i live in the city and work in werribee, vry good clinic, there are two clinic but this one better. Staff are friendly- other clinic is not happy . 
this clinic is fast and thorough, they always give me good advice and cheap prices. very good . i always come back to see Natsha and Maryane.

If you ever come here make sure you pay on card as they don't seem to have access to cash payments therefore if any discrepancies demanding you to pay more for treatments you already paid for. 
Tried to reason with staff but don't bother wasting time...just don't come here.
Unprofessional manager and they seem to not have any staff on as phones always aren't answered and the appt times don't run on time.

Results Laser Clinic in Pacific Werribee Plaza is a total scam, horrible results, I am extremely disappointed with the 'RESULTS'. Bad service, no professionalism, all they care about is money and that's it. I paid for all my sessions at the start and after a couple of sessions they are saying that these hairs are NOT permanently removable. I wouldn't recommend this clinic to ANYONE EVER. The only reason I gave it one star is so that I could put up a review. They are not giving any refunds what so ever. I recommend that you never go to this clinic, they are fraudsters and they are carelessly misleading their customers. THEY JUST WANT YOUR MONEY 💰!!!!!!!!!!!!!
