The girls at this clinic are all so friendly and full of knowledge. I began having laser hair removal here and after seeing how fantastic the results were, I decided to start skin treatments for my scarring & pigmentation. The results from my skin needling sessions and peels have been unbelievable! I would not hesitate to recommend this clinic and their wonderful staff to anyone. Well done ladies! 💖

The staff has no professional service that caters to cultural diversity in Werribee. Her attitude towards me was absolutely appalling.

Very unprofessional rude staff. Avoid this place at all cost. Makes you wait for your appointments 15-20mins (does not apologise for wait)and if you late by 5min (tells you that you were not courteous to ring us that you running late) and they cancel your appointment and ask you to come again. Thieves took money in advance for 5 appointments and later on treating customers like servants. Girl Stephanie at the desk needs to find a back end job as she has no customer skills. DO NOT pay upfront try one sitting first and experience their terrible customer service first.

Havent had a problem yet with this clinic. Had a skin consultation and was very happy with her recommendations. Ive been using the products for 2 weeks now and im very happy with the results.
