You'll find Hair Phase in three convenient locations; Hoppers Crossing, Sanctuary Lakes, Soho Village Point Cook. Each salon is luxuriously appointed, designed to make you feel like our special guest as soon as you walk in the door.

Hair Phase offers a warm, friendly atmosphere for our client's comfort, using only the highest quality products and providing a high-value experience. Cleanliness and hygiene are a central part of our daily routine. Our family oriented salon caters for all ages and genders, contemporary or traditional. Our clients return to us again and again, often for many years.

Our knowledge of products and techniques continues to evolve, even after 27 years. Each of our stylists is highly motivated and skilled and kept informed by the latest training and courses available. They know the latest fashions in color, style and products to be able to offer you "your" unique individual look.

Hair Phase has supported, employed and trained many local talents throughout their apprenticeships, striving to inspire our upcoming stylists with plenty of hands-on in-salon training. If you are looking for a good hair salon in Point cook I highly recommend Hair phase. I absolutely love getting my haircut, washed and styled by the Hair phase Team. I always leave the salon feeling so refreshed and relaxed. I ger so many compliments about my hair cut and style. Thank you ladies for taking such good care of me. Still in shock after my experience at this salon. When booking I asked if they had a senior stylist that was experienced at cutting hair extensions, they said yes so I booked in. On arrival the hairdresser that was doing my hair sat me down and then walked over to another stylist and told her to swap and do my hair, that stylist then approached me and asked what I was wanting done. I told her that I needed a dry cut on my hair extensions, she said that she doesn’t know how to do that and can’t do it. I was extremely uncomfortable that I got up to leave saying don’t worry about it. Another stylist came over and said it’s fine I’ll do it for you, she was very lovely and did try her best but also wasn’t experienced in cutting extensions. I wasn’t offered any styling of my hair and was charged $95, it’s not the cost that is the problem it’s the really poor service and being made to feel an inconvenience. If it’s not service that you provide then don’t book it in.Service: Hairstyling
I have a worst experience with this salon because I booked my appointment 15 days before and today they don’t have a much staff that’s the reason the didn’t give good quality service my hair cut looks like really bad and they charge me 160 for haircut and just toner. 3 hours spend in salon and still not happy really bad experience. Hope they get more staff or not get too many appointments at one time.
Consistently good haircut by Senior Stylist Quo. Shopping Centre venue a little noisy/unrelaxing as saloon is next to the children's play area. Far preferred the Soho Village location which is unfortunately no longer owned by Hair Phase. Would like to see a loyalty program as an extra ehancement to encourage continuing loyalty.
Had my haircut nightmares come true at this salon! First they cut my elbow length hair too short upto my chin when I had specifically and repeatedly asked to keep it past my shoulder, then I made the mistake of asking her to cut a sideways fringe believing any hairstylist would know how to cut a basic sideways fringe but to my horror she literally chopped a bunch of my hair short in 2 seconds flat, No angle completely ruining my hair and leaving me with no option but to wait for it to grow back! Needless to say never going back here again!Service: Bang trim
Kate is the best. I think I have been going to Kate since 2010 and have always loved the experience. Only negative is the price! OUCH!

Thank you to the Hair Phase team for a great experience all around. Prior to my appointment I received a confirmation reminder which I appreciate and the staff are friendly and happy. Maxine is a fantastic stylist with an abundance of knowledge, the consultation was very thorough and we discussed clearly my desired outcome. The salon is busy as you would expect with highly qualified staff although the experience is not hindered. The salon is clean with products well set out, beverage and snacks offered in abundance, massage chair and lavender wrap at the basin and specialised treatment left my hair not only looking great but feeling awesome which is important to me. Maxine’s education of the products was awesome, answering all of my questions with ease and offering a situation to my colour and condition concerns. Highly recommended.
