Very rude old blonde at self service checking my bag.She watched me put the cash in ,Watched me scan have cameras everywhere at point of sale its disgusting get treated like a criminal have to bring your own bags ,I brought a bag went shopping in one other store not carrying so many bags its not nice being picked on what have to show everyone what you buy. Doesn't it beep if you steal ,cameras everywhere check bags is disgusting private stuff that you brought see someone paying for there items treat them with respect and kindness.Why the hell pick on me and not anyone else never coming back to this joint again.
Would just like to give a shout out to a lovely girl named Madeleine who works on the registers, so good at her job and so kind and bubbly, I wish all the staff was like her, thanks for making my morning easy.
11/04/2024 12:59nafter I paid at self checkout. There one staff want check my bag. She didn’t check anyone else, just meafter I paid , simply two stuff$32.5 Open my bag , take one peek, my bag is so full, I don’t understand just one peek , is really help to found people steeling or just want being racist!!!
This review is not for the store, but very importantly, for an employee Amanda. She is so rude, frustated from what i don't know. I asked her about some product and i didn't get the right answer and i spoke to another lady over the counter and she suddenly started yelling at me that i gave you reply, why are asking her now. I think her job is to help customers over there, not to scream over people. I just want to request the manager that do not ruin the reputation of woolworths brand by hiring people like her. She should know how to speak to customers, as everyone deserves to be treated with respect. If customer is asking something politely, you should response in that way, as we are not getting groceries from her pocket. Going to stay away from that store and people with so much hate.
