I signed up at this Optus store to a plan that had 750 minutes of international calls and 40gb of data. 
I soon discovered only 25gb of internet and 400 minutes of international calls were showing.
I went into this store twice, the first time I was brushed off saying it will update, the second time I got 2 staff that were very helpful tried to help me (this issue should've been put on the manager, not the 2 staff members fault..the manager was in store). 
I thought all was resolved, they said it would take 1 week to update. 
1 week later nothing changed, I had to call Optus and when they contacted the store they said they couldn't help?
Maybe try and not sign someone up to the wrong plan and if you do accidentally do this...own up to it and fix the issue. A very good staff member named Macy from the billing department fixed the issue for me.

I visited this Optus shop yesterday and I was helped by Maria. She had been very friendly and helpful and she helped me to solved the problem where other 2 Optus shops I visited prior sent me away by telling me to call the tech support. Highly recommend anyone visiting this place, look for her.
