Received a call from ‘Deepa’ two weeks ago as one of the items in my online order was out of stock, asking did I want the rest of the order shipped and that item refunded or wait 2 weeks for the whole order. I specifically queried what if the other items were out of stock by then and was assured that wouldn’t be the case, I double checked that the WHOLE order would be shipped and agreed to wait the 2 weeks. Fast forward to today, only the out of stock item was sent to me, and the rest of my order has been refunded. Great work Priceline Waverley Gardens, slow claps.
Double the price - exploited again. Had to buy prescribed Clarithromycin 250mg 14 tabs urgently. Purchased from here for 13.95 not brandednAgain, the price at Chemist Warehouse is $7.99. This is not acceptable. I had an experience with Priceline Pharmacy Waverley Gardens during the COVID-19 pandemic, where they were selling masks at an unacceptable price, which I considered price gouging I wrote a review. These essential items cannot be sold at twice the price when people are in urgent need. Sorry, I am not trying to bring down your business, but I am helping other people to be vigilant about your prices.
loved this place sooo much; the staff were so friendly and helped out, made sure we were finding what we needed, and it was very convenient to find. it was close to one of the entrances, and it was pretty big. i only got one thing and payed in cash, which the employee didn’t mind at all. overall great service 8/10 recommend!!
Absolutely fabulous staff! The young girl who served me was lovely & so helpful this is one of the best Priceline’s - the staff here should train the ones at Bentleigh East! edit; Emily & Melody were so helpful and accommodating - you’re the best girls!
Absolutely disgusting and rude pharmacist. Refused to help or lookup my script online even though it’s in my health record. Cannot believe she can be so rude and run a shop.nnI’m in Nova pharmacy Waverley Gardens now and they sorted my script in no time and I’m about to collect my meds and go, they are absolutely amazing a nice to deal with.nnDo not bother with Priceline Pharmacy Waverley Gardens. If you need a Priceline one go to Brandon Park instead, they are lovely there.
