Absolutely disgusting and rude pharmacist. Refused to help or lookup my script online even though it’s in my health record. Cannot believe she can be so rude and run a shop.nnI’m in Nova pharmacy Waverley Gardens now and they sorted my script in no time and I’m about to collect my meds and go, they are absolutely amazing a nice to deal with.nnDo not bother with Priceline Pharmacy Waverley Gardens. If you need a Priceline one go to Brandon Park instead, they are lovely there.
Deserves ZERO stars as a grandmother took her grandson who is a toddler that had accidentally got hand sanitiser his eye earlier this year and was told to wait at the back of the queue. HAND SANITISER IN THE EYE OF A TODDLER! What do you call an emergency dear pharmacist.....treating the child eye or dispensing a script??? Shame on you!!!!!!
The head pharmacist lacks empathy and understanding. She was not aware of the new online consultation system and was not helpful at all. No one goes to the pharmacy for fun, so people should be more understanding and helpful.
10.05nShop meant to open at 10. Staff are still arriving and shop still closed.nCan you please remind your staff that the shop opens at 10 and to be there BEFORE that time?
Staff went WELL above and beyond in making sure that I was cared for. Cannot recommend them enough. The most important part of any service based industry is that the people providing the service actually care - these people do. Beyond the outstanding service, the script price was perfectly reasonable - there's no reason to look for anyone else in the area, take your business here.
