THANK YOU!!! Finally, a place that can offer solutions that work for me! Absolutely amazing staff and service. I’ve had different specialists on different days but there’s been no compromise on the level of service. I’m so much more confident in my own skin. They’ve recommended products that have actually made a residence and their attention to detail has been phenomenal. Very friendly service. Always smiling and having a laugh - but still maintaining professionalism. Special mention to Lauren for laser treatments, as well as Jess and Annalise for skin treatments and needling. I cannot recommend this place enough!
Friendly, professional service. They make you feel comfortable and explain the procedures and options very well. Prices are fair and competitive. I will be back again for my future beauty procedures
Absolutely disappointing I had a laser here done and my service went for less then a minute. I have had laser before so am aware of how it works,how long the process takes on that certain area and what it’s supposed to look like. The therapist took a minute or two do the 2 areas I was shocked when I asked whether she was finished. When I got home I realised the job was not done properly as there were still hair and no redness at all. She tried to sell me a soothing cream which made no sense as I was not red or anything when I was paying the other girl got upset at me as I refused to buy their soothing cream. I have complained to management to ask for a refund as the service was not delivered nor done properly and she has refused to fulfil that request. I am now going else where and paying double the money to get what I originally paid for. Do not go here they are are scammers and waste of money they do not do the job properly at all. I have after photos and that’s apparently not enough where it shows hairs missed. This place is absolutely dodgy Shame on you!! When I spoke to my girlfriend about it she told me she has had the same issue with her daughter getting her arms treated 12 times with no result that have also decided to go somewhere else!! Absolute disgrace of a business!

The ladies at MySkin Clinic have always been nothing but pleasant and professional. Welcoming from entry and helpful during any treatment. Super happy with all the treatment I receive at the Wavery Gardens store.
Had 2 sessions of laser done on my chin staff have no idea what they're doing always trying to sell their products which are no different good quality retinol creams...absolutely would not recommend still awaiting my refund for prepurchased sessions so I can continue my treatment elsewhere
Very friendly and helpful and knowledgeable staff always . Never feel pressured to purchase products or treatments. Recommend this store if you are interested in having any treatments and pricing is very competitive to other salons

The girls are very are very friendly and professional. I have been doing laser hair removal with Lauren and Jess and they are very informative and take care with the procedure.
I've had 2 appointments here in the last couple of weeks & the whole experience was pleasant and friendly. I had my lips redone & my chin and nose filled! The girls at the front desk are were happy to give me advice before hand when I had a few questions, I had Anne do my work & she talks you through things as they're being done, shows you qlas she is going and makes sure you're happy before you leave, also offering aftercare if you have any questions or concerns after treatment as well!! So happy with the whole experience! I'll be back for top ups definitely! Thanks so much.
