The owner is very dodgy in this store. He insisted on giving me "free accessories" at the time of upgrading my phone and contract. He literally made me take speakers valued at $200 that I did not want as I was walking out the door. I later found on my statements that he had put all these "free accessories" on a accessories payment plan across my 36 month contract, which I was being charged unknowingly for at an extra $11 a month. This is extremely deceitful and unethical - I will never be setting foot back in this store again. It's a scam.
Had a very good experience in the store. The staff was very friendly and helpful and this made my whole experience very pleasant. Will surely come back again and tell all my known one's to visit the store for all their needs.
I got a new phone from this store and it was very good experience. The customer service was very good and they helped in all possible way. @Sabby was very helpful to get me the details. Highly recommend this place.
