The Optical Superstoretore  Waverley Gardens Visit update on 24/6/2022  One of the hinges of my pair glasses lost a screw and the lense fell off.  I come to get it fixed, and the friendly staff manager kindly fixes it. He also helps my wife to tighten her pair of sunglasses. All in the name of service.  _____________  It is a corner shop, not really that very big.  I have been coming to this store for several years, and am happy with the price and service. However, I have to say, the young lady who works only part-time in this store, as well as in Knox, is the biggest asset of the company. She is cluey, and very quick to work out what is best for the customers.  My wife and I have complimented her good customer service, and ask her to tell her parents that she is the credit to the parents.  The gentleman behind the counter may not be as chirpy, but is very helpful.  The optician/optometrist has been working in the store for the past two years, and he is much more friendly than the predecessor.

Can’t get into contact with the store. Probably understaffed? And if the number is not as per website then the  website is not well maintained. Not happy. Not the first time. Other issues like getting my last name wrong even after being advised and then not being able to find my prescription and having to come back another days so that another staff more well-versed with the system can find my details.

The customer service was the worst. I was humiliated for not being Australian. Such a shame.
