My fiancè bought my engagement ring from Prouds. I am very fussy but I loved the design he picked out on his own. After two occasions where the ring bent horribly out of shape and Prouds not really being helpful - saying I should not wear my engagement ring so much ?, we decided to get a second opinion. Joseph was amazing from start to finish, explaining very honestly how my ring wasn't really fixable as the chain jewellers leave bits hollow on the inside to save money on gold compromising the whole structure of the ring. We decided to have it remade with the same gold and diamonds and keeping it similar to the original, but better. It is now more beautiful and will be able to withstand day to day wear for the rest of my life. Trusting Joseph at JK collections with my precious engagement ring was one of the best decisions we made. We also decided to have our wedding bands made at the same time and they are just as beautiful and unique. I have just picked up my Diamond Bracelet after having Joseph rebuild it. It had had 20+ years of wear, the clasp was broken, several diamonds were at risk of falling out and the safety chain was in need of attention. Well....... to say I am pleased in an understatement!!! I had my mother's engagement ring from 1943 rebuilt at this jewellers. The ring was split on each sides and on the bottom of the ring. There were no more claws to hold a diamond and the diamond was missing. The jeweller rebuild it, keeping the original head as I wanted. He did an amazing job, rebuild the claws with a diamond and put a fresh band under the head. He kept the style of the ring identical to its former glory. I am super pleased with the end product. I would not hesitate to use this guy again!

After my favorite ring went missing during a hotel stay I searched in vain to find a replacement. After months of trawling through shops and the internet I gave up my search. I sourced a similar stone, gathered up my old bits of broken gold jewellery and went to JK Collections to see if a ring could be made for me. Joseph created the most amazing customised ring I could have wished for. The day I collected it I received a compliment at the very next shop I visited. I had another ring repaired by Joseph and also purchased a beautiful pair of earrings. The craftsmanship is impeccable. The service provided by Joseph and his team is both professional and friendly. They provide excellent value for money and I know I will be using them in the future rather than the larger impersonal jewellery stores.
