All of the staff here are wonderful plus the manager really knows their stuff; a special shoutout to Geraldine, Cindy, Marijana, Sai and all of those who served me in the months of November ‘25, December ‘25 and January ‘26. I’ll add more names to this review when I can recall them and I hope they all get a little reprieve post-back to school sales! nnThe store is always so clean, well-stocked and well-organised. In my opinion, it is probably the easiest-to-navigate and easiest-to-shop Big W in Aus.nnSince Parkmore closed down, this location is my go-to. Thanks team!

The customer service at Waverley Gardens Big W is absolutely outstanding And I don’t think I’ve ever had as good customer service anywhere I’ve ever been. Geraldine the store manager went above and beyond her job to get me a product that was out of stock in most stores. Geraldine‘s customer  service is absolutely amazing & outstanding. She did more than she needed to do to help me hunt down the product I was looking for my grandson for Christmas, then she went above and beyond to get the product delivered to us. I could not be more grateful for what she did for myself and my family. Geraldine sets an exceptional standard for her staff at Big W Waverley Gardens as I also had excellent customer service from another lovely lady by the name of Maria. Marie‘s customer service was very attentive and also checked every avenue she could and the store to try and find the other product I was looking for. Marie was also a very lovely lady very easy to approach and a very lovely demeanour. I have referred a lot of people to Big W Waverley Gardens as our nearest one has closed down due to the excellent service of Geraldine and Maria. Thank you ladies very much for an amazing Christmas experience.

This mega store always has a h7ge amount of beautiful modern day clothes to pick from, baby section, toys, tech, men's, women's, lolly / chocolate section, makeup varieties, manchester, housewares etc

Big W is one of my favourite stores, as it has everything from nerds gummy clusters to toilet brushs. I often come here whenever I’m in need of something, and I’ve bought a lot of items including things like skincare, slippers, and etc. mainly, I’ve bought things mcobeauty, as it’s prices are very affordable, it’s items are very durable, and that it’s quality is amazing. their lipglosses and dupes are on point, and I love using them. The staff there are always greeting, and they’re helpful whenever. The place is never too crowded, however there’s always a little bit of customers, but the noise is always quiet, even with the amount of noise going on from the shopping centre around. Big W is also at a very convenient spot, as it is right opposite the food court, and it’s very close to one of the side car parks. I would definetly recommend coming here, as everything’s well affordable, and the quality is always on top.
