Big W has become my go-to store, completely replacing Kmart for me. While the prices are similar to Kmart, the quality of products at Big W is far superior. The store is spacious and well-organized, making shopping a breeze. They frequently have special offers that make it even more appealing. The range of items available is impressive, and I always find what I need. If you haven't checked out Big W yet, I highly recommend giving it a try. You'll likely forget all about Kmart just like I did!
It's Always in stock of whatever it is I need to buy and nothing ever out of place, I like how easy it is to find the toy my son wants to buy there no you and a big W team member looking all over the store for an item that's in stock but not where it is meant to be placed. The team of little workers they have there are doing a great job and have set the bar high with there great customers service to. Thankyou
The Waverley Gardens store is a hot mess. Product is consistently strewn across the floor and is particularly bad in the clothing and footwear sections. Mannequins and displays are covered in dust and do nothing to inspire.nThe checkout process is a headache and there’s nothing more annoying to have someone close their check out when there is a full line waiting to pay at both self-serve and check out. The girl that did serve my family was beyond slow and barely spoke.nI also don’t like that staff are in plain clothes making it more difficult to identify them. This location can do a LOT better.
No choice really. But clean and consistently arranged. and the quality of the goods seems a 'smidge' better than other big box store remaining nameless
