The food is good now, big selection, also for drinks. Lots of tradies getting coffees for their mates. Both machines working overtime but still make great coffee.
First off the the staff up there was on call I visited exactly at 6:30PM ON 24th DecembernI entered the store and greeted the staff up there, very unprofessional and very disrespectful he didn’t cared to respond,nLater I told him again “how are you buddy”, he was like good and continued talking on call “HAVING HIS AIRPODS ON”nnThen I took a iced coffee where Victoria wide the LID has been updated to plastic one back, so I asked the staff up there where’s the new lids as this are 8-10 months old, I was like this has been updated - he responded this is what we have I was like okay but that should have conveyed nicely I ignored and made my coffee and came to paynI asked him nicely I think you should report this as this needs to be updatednnHe didn’t cared to hear or answer was like it’s 7 dollars in total, I was like buddy I’m talking to you,nHe responded I’m not here to complain you can complain if you want I’m not going to do anything, I’m here just for customer service and in a very rude manner I was like telling you nicely bro, it’s not the way to talk to the customers and talking about customer service is this what you call customer servicenn@OWNER @7eleven - if you are reading this PLEASE. Visited on 30 march 26 at 9:30. Staff being really rude. You ask her about fuel lock she says I don’t know my job is just to scan.
Came here thursday 9/4/2025 early morning, around 3.50am, the guy who worked here at this time is very rude and said we are closed, very judgemental, even lights were on and fuel prices were displayed, he is just waiting on a back room, doesnt want to do his job properly, He just look and said from the window ‘why, why, we are closed ‘ ! Very regretting monent which i was late to work and want a morning coffee , hopefully store manager will see this!
on saturday 1.20 am came buy staff man at counter one of rudest encounters and most uncomfortably staring no hi no bye said or can i help you i was buying staff and he stared practilay all the way i felt really bad after customers came same story regards the staring like he wished no customers in shop this is one encounter second time was while ago and another guy who is angry always and doesnt like job i seen bad service worked in customer service and i never seen how this is accepted and how the people get job sample is rude unpolite persons who dont have basic manners towards public and worst is look like they dont want work as many negative reviews here say enough best go elsewhere
