Very rude and arrogant staff.nFilled up my suv today and the price came to over $200 and the attendant laughed at the amount. When I asked why he was laughing he said “wow that’s a lot”nThe proceeded to try and tell how to use my card in a very condescending manner.nThen started to talk to his colleague in a different language and continue laughing.nExtremely unprofessional and rude.nEx-customer.
Made me to activate 2 fuel coupons but none of them can work here. The staff refused to solve the problems and no explanation at all. Worst experience I ever had.
Absolutely the worst customer service this Indian guy that starts with the letter V he was so rude I left my discount Code at home not working petrol was extremely high single mother of two children didn’t have any empathy at all and didn’t care to give me the discount most people are a bit more lenient especially with these Covid times really sad very disrespectful people do not care they have no passion for their jobs they can’t speak English properly very sad.nNot helpful at all seriously
No Toilet Available
Went to get petrol not that exciting but they did have haribro lollies for $2.50 for haribro that's good value and there new I think, there called frutta pasta there at the counter.
