Had everything I needed, friendly helpful staff and the lines at the checks weren't too bad. Had a few staffed checkouts as well which was great, especially if you don't like self serve. Overall very happy. Recommend.
North Shore is absolutely amazing! The team there are very focussed on customers and are very engaged and happy. It's a pleasure to shop there. The shelves are full, and the store very neat and tidy. Thank you.

Outstanding customer service throughout the store. Although busier then other Woolworths stores around Townsville, the staff are still able to serve every customer with a great experience.
Today shopping at Woolworths Nortshore is a Bad experience. The staff at the customer service where I check out my groceries is a Zero Customer Service he was very lazy to put my groceries in my woolies bag, and pushing some items that nearly drops on the floor, staff normally put all the grocery stuff in the bag provided. Its a shame I have not take note of his name so he can be re train.
