Another Cole's store. It was clean and well stocked. Checkout lady was lovely and friendly. I got everything on my list except bean sprouts which apparently Cole's don't stock anymore.
The young girl that works the self check out in the evening, your sassy attitude stinks sweetie. You're not cool acting rude. Remember customers pay your wages. Rest of the staff are friendly
I’ve been here a few times to pick up lunch and I’ve received food poisoning from improperly stored food on multiple occasions. I’ll never shop here again.nnI picked up some prawn noodle soup stuff that left me vomiting and on the toilet for over a day. After I nearly died and I was able to stay away from the toilet for more than a moment. I checked the box from Coles and it said it was meant to be kept frozen.nnIt was stored on an unrefrigerated isle shelf along with numerous other boxes of the same stuff with the price label stuck on the shelf for it.
Absolutely disgusting customer service from Gayle. Had no right to ask to check my bag which was under A4 size, had an unsettled child and just needed to get out with my shopping but was held up and wouldn’t let me leave. Have never experienced this anywhere else. Maybe train your staff on your policies and laws of the country. Wont be shopping here again.
Won’t be back here after the customer service I saw. Gayle very hostile to more than one customer. This definitely shouldn’t be the standard for customer service in Australia.
