Probably the best example of a new, modern layout Coles store. Plenty of fresh food and vegetables. Great bakery section and meat choice. Friendly staff and easy to use checkout area. Highly recommended for the area and it would be great to see more Coles like this one. A+

The best Coles in Townsville. Often very busy but that's a good sign. Very good staff particularly ADAM who seems to know all the ladies by name. Never had smelly fish or had to walk too far for the milk. Suggest the complainers buy a cow and a fishing rod. Backed up by good specialty stores.

Value for money, Quiet, staff are friendly and helpful. Beautiful view of Townsville city. Bed is comfortable. Definitely come back to stay.

Nice and new Coles. Quite large, has everything you need, bakery etc. It closes far too early on the weekends for a supermarket in an area that gets quite busy on the weekend. That's the Qld govt for you though. It's located in a small complex which includes a bakery, newsagent, bottle shop, chemist etc.

What can I say it's a super market and they do a great job... As for all the winging mooches, which happily are few. From your comments about the staff / parking / smell of the seafood section and the fact its such a "BIG WALK" to get the milk... Bloody keyboard worriers, got a complaint go talk talk to someone and make a real complaint...Good grief how are you all going to cope if you walk out to the Coles car park and have a flat tyre... Don't tell me Blame Coles..!. Great store and usually good service... but who doesn't have a bad day every now and then... :0)
