Don't know when the last time milk fridges were clean! Disgusting mold and crusty old milk all over the place! Surely this is a health concern! CLEAN YOUR DAIRY SECTION!
Impressive IGA store with a great range of products. Amazing selection of fruit and vege, great deli, nice hot box and massive diary case. I come here to grab the youfoodz. Situated in Garbutt Central you can get all your chores done here at the same time picking up your groceries. Super friendly staff and plenty of parking.
The prices of this place are deplorable and this store takes advantage of the local Aboriginal demographic of the surrounding areas of Garbutt and West End, which is a absolutely disgusting thing to be doing. These people don't have access to cheaper stores and the IGA makes them pay for it. Disgraceful. If I was an Indigenous customer I'd be making my concerns heard. I'd avoid this store and make the short detour to Castletown if you can. You'll easily save $50 a week on your groceries.
Whilst it is nice to support locals. It is difficult to do so when it comes to Corbett's IGA in Garbutt. I have noticed a lot of items sold in store are more expensive than the bigger supermarkets I.e. Woolworths and Coles. But this afternoon I was in store and could not believe what I was advertised as a "Price match". 500gms Western Star butter for $7.25. This may be a price match with your local corner store, but certainly not Woolworth or Coles who sell the product for around $6.00. I think someone at Garbutt IGA needs to have a closer look at the prices they charge.
IGA will forever be useless!! Over priced and lots of out of date food. Google also has your closing time as 10pm but your shop is closed by 9pm? Atleast get your closing times corrected!!!
Shopping here is super service very good staff friendly
They've got everything you need, if they don't have it you don't need it.. Not a huge carpark but it does the job... You might even get lucky with free entertainment some days, performed by harmless drunken locals... Always good for a laugh

Hey guys great shop the ladies are very happy and helpful.
Has a great range of products in store. Parking can be congested but is the perfect place to shop on a public holiday.
