Never again. My wife bought 1kg of green banana prawn's from the deli on Saturday morning at 10.00 am 30/3/24. We ate some for lunch and have been 4 days with chronic diarrhoea and vomiting ongoing. The person that served her mentioned that it’s good to sellout the seafood so it’s not thrown away. God knows how long they were on display and how long they were thawed out also I wounded if anyone else was sick?. Bring back part frozen on ice. The first and last time in this store. Disgusting . I’m not one to leave negative reviews but this has been a bloody terrible Easter and the grandchildren couldn’t come for there Easter gifts. No stars really. . I’ll await your response which will never happen I’m sure. My details can be found on the rewards card used for this purchase.
I Wish there was a zero star rating.nBought a Woolworths branded yoghurt, took it home it was liquid like water yoghurt is solid like jelly put it in fridge for a night. Next day it tasted like rotten.nThe expiry was on 13/3/2024.nTook it back to the Woolworths store in Kangaroo flat, the staff member with hair band and glasses on said if you don’t have the receipt we can’t help you.nAn absolutely disgusting terrible customer service by Woolworths in Kangaroo flat.nDefinitely not stepping in Woolworths anymore.nAn absolute Zero Star Rating.

Plenty of free parking and a small to medium size Woolworths store. Its not big as Coles
I recently had a few items missed on our home delivery. I rung the store and a lovely young man Aiden personally delivered our missed items plus a box of chocolates. His customer service deserves more than 5 stars. Thank you so much for your service and kindness . Leah
