Great store can always find what I need very quiet this morning but pleasant all the same

Nice clean store with good range and helpful staff.

Great produce and products.  Some more smiles and more car parks would help

Overall ok as a food store, but there are too few staff on the checkouts, and getting around the shop is often difficult as there are large trolleys in each isle, unloading items on the shelves.  In addition there are always several staff going around collecting items for home delivery.  All very good, but it makes shopping an even more difficult proposition.  More staff on the check outs and fewer in the isles would improve things markedly.  Mind you the staff on the check outs, when you finally get to them, are very friendly, but often overworked.

I went here today for groceries. I wanted to purchase a half of cauliflower. None on the shelf. Ask the worker in the the Fruit and Veg section politely  if he had any more out the back. He said no, so I asked him if he could cut one of the whole cauliflowers in half. He said no. Service non existent. I have previously had both the local Coles and the lGA do this to help. Not Woolworths. I am no longer going to shop at Woolworths. Left the store and went to Coles to purchase my weekly shopping.

Had a very unpleasant experience this evening at this Woolworths.  Would be wondering how often it happens and people do not notice.  So I paid for my items and my card takes a long time on eftpos machine to be read.  See on terminal it has been approved via eftpos and checkout person proceeds to say I'm sorry your payment never went through.  What?  You want me to pay again.  It had been quite obvious that she was pushing something on her screen right as payment had been approved.  Staff immediately took her side and I was like the scammer all for $20.  Anyway cutting long story short.  No one apologised to me when all was proved my way and guess what I will never go through a manned checkout again and I will never shop at this woolworths again.  Have nearly given up on Woolworths anyway and this has pushed me out the door.  Make sure you watch everything in this store.

Some great, friendly service gets the two stars. We were very disappointed with the preparation of the rolled pork roast. No care was taken in scoring it; there were limited cuts, but cut right through to the flesh where it had been sliced. It would have been better if they hadn’t bothered! I will be buying our meat from the butcher in future
