15th April 5.25pm i went into woolworths for a product you didnt have. Went out through the self checkouts, showing my bag to a staff member. I then found i couldnt leave as the security gates were shut. Walked back and forth to try and get them to open. In the end i turned to find a staff member, there were 3 standing around talking and 1 eventually apparently pushed a button to open them. If you are going to have gates that must be opened by a staff then have the staff on duty for that job. I will be avoiding woolies stores with security gates from now on if it is up to the staff to decide if they are going to do their job.
There's been such delays in click and collect orders since uber started picking them up. Previously service was great and quick. Today I waited almost an hour for my order, seeing the uber drivers go up to the door and be served in a more timely manner - ended up running late for an event because I didn't plan to be waiting for so long. It's also super difficult to get a direct to boot carpark as the uber drivers leave their car in that area, despite walking in to get the groceries from the door. May as well just go into the shop and get groceries now
Not enough registers open. Trying to push everyone into self serve. Should get a discount if we self serve
Don’t care about their delivery drivers, making us park 5 minutes walk away.
Clean shop at times busy. Prices a bit high
