I had a very disappointing experience with one of your staff members, Zac, during my recent visit to your store. He was extremely rude and dismissive when I asked for help. Not only was his attitude unprofessional, but he also seemed uninterested in assisting customers or performing his duties properly. It’s frustrating to encounter such poor service, especially from someone representing a brand like Woolworths. Literelly i was wait like 50 minute for my online order. That's so disgusting.
This place really needs to open up another check out. Not everyone can do self service I had to wait behind 5 people today with trollies full of groceries when all I wanted was hot dogs and bread. This and the wreckless price gouging is why I have stopped using them as my main form of grocery shopping.
We had a disappointing experience at your store due to the unprofessional behavior of a staff member named “ZAC”. When customers requested to have their order taken directly to the boot of their car, “ZAC”became abusive. This behavior is unacceptable and we urge Woolworths to take immediate action to address his conduct. Additionally, the service was extremely slow, further adding to our frustration. We hope you will take our feedback seriously and take necessary steps to ensure that your customers receive the level of service they expect from Woolworths.
Very Abusive and unprofessional staff special I want to mention the name of ‘ZAC’ this men is very unprofessional.nnWorst woolies for click and collect. Absolute slowest also something needs to be done otherwise should be removed from this store as they clearly don't have the staff to run it properlynAlways seems to be a minimum of 25-45 minute waits
Whoever packs the fruit and veg for online delivery order should be sacked. Every time I get online delivery from this store I am given old out of date fruit and veg.nGet your act together. If your boss is telling you to do this then report him/her.nDisgraceful, and simply should not happen.
