This is my supermarket of choice even though we have to travel 50 kms to get here.nThe staff are so friendly and helpful. The store is usually fairly well-stocked.
I find sliced meat from the ‘deli’ tend to deteriorate very quickly even when correctly stored in refrigerator after purchase.
I had a very helpful team member help me today, very impressed. I was after the items for my coles bbq credits because coles central gad nothing, the range was excellent
Went in trying to find someone but couldn't locate it, asked one of the girls who was completing a click and collect and she gave us sole advice on where we might find it, she then went to the isle herself and couldn't locate it and called for some backup but they also weren't able to locate it, I wish I got her name as she went above and beyond to try and help us out unfortunately the item was out of stock but the help we were given was greatly appreciated
So i used to be coles only.. but for some reason they like to follow myself and my child around the store like we're some petty theives that have been helping ourselves to the stock, .I may have tattoos but not that its relevant i DO NOT have a criminal record! Understandably this caused my son extreme anxiety, so I stopped going to coles all together.. that was 18months ago.. fast forward to last thursday, safeway didn't have bread rolls, so I had no choice but to go to coles.. While shopping last thursday with my 11yr old son, i was accused of shoplifting, i went to the reject shop and safeway before making my way to coles, and even tho I had receipts for the purchase, once the staff member pulled all of the items from my bags, there was 1 item I did not have a receipt for, the worker made a huge scene, it's was absolutely mortifying! She then told me to wait here while she calls the police! All for an item that COLES DOES NOT SELL!! Have been trying to contact the store by phone for 4 days as my son refuses to go back to the store out of fear but every call has gone unanswered!
