customer service is ridiculous. asking for solving problem just keep saying I don't know I don't know even though I describe the detail informations about the problem just avoided to help handle with the problem or asking manager for help.Anyway the manager or leader on his phone most time when I come to shop every week. free fruits for kid always empty. compare with so many woolies I've been. applecross one is really wonderful and impressive customer service.
Found a lot of good stuffs on clearance. Especially the measuring spoons were just right for my kids to learn volumes of liquids and small solids such as sands and soils.nnPerfect to let kids play without worrying about costs as they are just as low as 40 cents now.
What a miserable shop. A sad site.nNo one at the checkouts. And the deli section is practically bare and was told they no longer do things like olives and sun-dried tomatos and other things like that. Sad excuse for a woolworths that should be bigger and better given the location. Don't recommend

Regularly called store to ask about donuts to a man that sounded like a thug. I went in there because I suspected he was lying. To my surprise because I have been informed there was none there was and I got donuts.
