Great experience! A few weeks ago I was deciding on which shape of pasta to bring home when suddenly I heard the voice of what I thought was an angel speaking to me. I held the rigatoni up to my ear and it was Jesus Christ himself, I just know it. The staff at the checkout were so kind and helpful with carefully packing my bags it made that day truly wonderful. The rigatoni is now on display at my local church. Thank you.
Rossmoyne IGA is pretty good. I just wish they would train the young cashiers to not rush customers at the till and to pack their groceries. I notice that only the grey haired customers get that kind of treatment.
Well stocked IGA with good prices for vegetables. 79c for broccoli! Staff were lovely, and expertly stacked groceries into the cardboard box we brought with us :
a few things, they over charge for the same product you can buy at any other grocery store for less, which is standard i suppose. but i’ve seen quite a few moldy breads and products that are not labelled as past the due date, i bought an almond milk yesterday and its off completely off today, sour taste, thick texture and gave me food poisoning. actually not good enough unfortunately
The checkout staff are very lovely, but it’s questionable what type of practices management follow and whether they follow correct food safety handling procedures. Don't go near the milk products as the milk I purchased was spoilt and made me very ill. I have also purchased items have been registered wrong on their system and I was charged three times the price for flour. Make sure you check your receipt before you leave and compare it to the prices on the shelves.
