Be carefulnIf you bought a product with warranty period, after sometime if there is faulty within warranty period n you wanna refund or replacement, make sure you HAVEN’T used the product ridiculous.nIf it’s over 3 months from the date u bought, u got to go back to Coles where u bought it i went to Coles at south st. Custom service asked me to do so and will be no more replacement. You’ve got to contact the product company yourself.nnFLYBUY POINTSnIf you use flybuy points to buy something, make sure you buy something you’re not going to make refund. Coles won’t refund flybuy points. Eg. product $15 - flybuy points $10 = u paid $5. After, there’s product defect U wanna refund u will only get $5 back.nU got to contact FLYBUYS for your $10.
