My mother is wheelchair bound, one of the workers on checkout, stood over my mother and wouldn’t let her leave and be littled her all because she had a wheelchair trolley attached to her wheel chair, this is not good enough! My mother already feels helpless enough and only goes out every fortnight, this has massively impacted her and her social abilities! Cole’s boorgaoon need to pull their staff up, this is not good enough and I am absolutely appalled!
I have been a customer for ages now I will not do any business in your store.nnI was told in really rude way where to put my basket by an old lady who works in your store she went out of her way to say that.nnwhy are there 70 year old ladies working there if they can't talk to people I assume that they have the years of customer service but it was not shown at all.
What happened to the 12 items and under checkout??? And only 2 assisted checkouts open during a,very busy Saturday afternoon trade. Seems when this shop had a refit- customers were the last people thought of. Not a lot of the elderly can use the self serve counters.
Coles: the home of price gouging.nnPS: Bad quality vegetables. 3 times I get an an onion from here and it’s rotten.
One of the better Coles.nFew narrow isles with some of the renovations still ongoing but at least they have most of the checkouts available.
