Worst Cole’s ever. Manager should be replaced. Never full shelves. Never enough staff. Really poor. Other Cole’s in the city much better. No idea how this has 4 stars. And don’t get me started on the price gouging!
Nice clean store but prices are really high. Better than woolies. Good food selections and good to see carrying lots of Australian goods.
Self service check out is targeting poor child of mine today that can't stand up or protect herself as she's by herself. Scan her items and tried to do the right thing as always. The most genuine and honest child and scared to do wrong. She was accused of shoplifting by the Chinese lady at the self service check out. Poor thing she was so scared intimidated and embarrassed..She was with her dad in the mall by the way and dashed in to coles to get snacks. So as soon as I heard what happen I went straight to coles and see the manager. I hope this thing will stop you can't assume majority of kids are shoplifters.nWhy don't you change ur payment regime all kids must go to the teller and not self-service check out.nWhat this Lady did to my daughter is absolutely wrong until you have a strong evidence of shoplifting you have no rights to do horrible actions like this traumatized my daughter
Extremely disappointed with the vegetable quality at this supermarket. On multiple occasions, I've found the produce to be either out of stock or well past its prime. Recently purchased a brown onion that turned out to be squishy and completely off when I got home. It's frustrating to pay for items only to discover they're inedible. Improvement in the freshness and availability of vegetables is highly needed for customer satisfaction. For better quality and fresher produce, I'd recommend trying the market shop across from Coles.
Very disappointing no wholemeal Toast bread and no orange juice I asked one assistant she said ask at the desk for groceries .when I went to pay at the express lane the assistant that has worked at Coles for a long time and is usually very nice was very ubrupt very disappointing I will go to Coles Gateways tomorrow and hope for better service
