They have always done fabulous job for my baby girl! She’s nearly 16, has very bad anxiety and fully deaf. Staff in Wolfys always take good care of her. We have tried different groomers i town for her but Wolfys definitely the best
I have had my toy cavoodle groomed at many, many groomers across several different states, but have never really been 100% happy with the results. Today we went to Wolfy’s and oh my god! I wish we had been going here all along! My dog is wriggly when groomed but you would never know as the groom is absolutely perfect. We like a shorter clip on the body which I imagine would be tricky with a wriggly dog, but again, the team at Wolfy’s are such professionals and did an incredible job. I have been taking my dog to Petbarn Gunghalin for a while and they have been taking 5+ hours to finish a groom to a much lower standard. Today, Wolfy’s had her completed in under an hour and a half which is so helpful when your dog is anxious and wanting to get home to you. The salon was also clean and quiet which I’m sure would have made my little dog feel a lot calmer whilst she waited for me to collect her. I couldn’t recommend Wolfy’s friendly, talented team more!
My very nervous puppy had her first groom today, but going in I was a little concerned she might not tolerate the process very well at all. The staff were really understanding and caring, and explained they'd take breaks as often as my pup would need. When I picked her up she looked immaculate - the team did a fantastic job and my dog was not stressed out. In fact, she handled the whole process much better than expected! I'm really pleased with the service and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!
Our little long haired pooch was in dire need of a trim after running through the bush and inheriting about 5000 burrs and grass seeds. She was a disaster and Kate performed wonders. Can't recommend highly enough. Five stars +
This is a wonderful establishment, caring, dedicated and good value for money. It is not a cheap service but indeed an excellent service. My dog hates going to the groomer and gives an Oscar wining performance every time he get in the car midweek how does he know it is grooming day escapes me but when I get the call, twenty minutes prior his grooming is done, I know I will pick up a happy and beautiful dog.
They do a great job. Bonnie gets a bit anxious but Kate seems to settle her well and sends Bonnie home looking and smelling gorgeous!
Salon owner extremely arrogant, unprofessional, ignorant and inappropriate. Tried to give me uninvited, unwanted advice on whether my dog needed a drink or not! He was thirsty from his morning run. I went to get a drink for him before his groom. Like many dogs he is often a little nervous and unsure when he goes into a grooming salon and was eyeing the bowl. This clueless grooming lady took it upon herself to rudely and imperiously bark “He doesn’t need a drink” as if it was any of her business!. Needless to say, about two minutes after her ridiculous uninvited comment he felt comfortable enough to seek the drink he needed from the water bowl. This salon lady’s uninvited arrogance and pushiness was so rude to the owner of the animal and very disrespectful. No one likes a busybody. Kindly remember that pet owners live with their animals. You know nothing of their personality, when they like to drink, their habits or their nervousness in a new place. Most importantly- you are NOT the owner and it is simply not your call to decide when other people should give their dogs a drink. Next time please pull your head in and learn some professional boundaries. Your job is to provide a grooming service for money- that’s it. Other than that- keep your unwanted opinions to yourself. No wonder she had to go solo with her own business. No supervisor would accept her as an employee with her current rudeness- she’s get complaints galore about her behaviour. Needless to say I won’t be back and won’t under any circumstances be recommending this salon. Thankfully there are plenty other places out there where people treat their customers/dog owners with more respect.
