I recently visited the Majura Park Pet Barn, where I had a disappointing experience due to my dog's loss of interest in his current Hills Diet Food. I attempted to transition to a new Hills product line offering a taste guarantee or money-back guarantee. However, the staff at Pet Barn Majura Park were inflexible, adhering to Hills' policy, which I found unprofessional. They should be more accommodating, implementing the guarantee without hesitation, as the brand supports it. Moreover, I was disappointed by the aggressive solicitation of charitable donations, making me uncomfortable. While I support charitable giving, I believe it should be voluntary, not forced. A discreet sign or donation box would be more considerate. In contrast, my visit to the Gungahlin store was delightful, marked by professional service. I suggest Pet Barn Majura Park reevaluate their approach and commend the Gungahlin store for their professional service. Petbarn at Majura Park, consider donating a percentage of sales to chosen charities, leading by example and demonstrating your commitment to charitable giving?

I love being able to take my dog here. The staff are so friendly, helpful, professional, knowledgeable and they love dogs. We always get treats when we visit here.nThe store is always well stocked. They also have other services such as dog grooming and diy dog wash. It’s big, clean and a pleasure to shop here.

Rosemary helped us buy a tank for our hermit crabs today. She had such an in-depth knowledge on them and recommended fantastic resources we could go to for more information on how to care for them. Thank you Rosmary, we really appreciated your help

The store is big and the staff are excellent. Unfortunately any orders are delivered by uber who threaten and abuse customers and fail to deliver items - sometimes coming to your place and then taking them all the way back to the store. It seems to happen when it's most urgent, too. This guy pictured, came to me house today, was walked through where to deliver carefully and still took this order back to the store. Pretty disgusting really.

Always great customer service.. staff helpful and understanding of my pets needs and financial affordability.. highly recommend..
