Great quick and friendly service.  Needed bravery reward for my dog after radiation.  He does not like squeaky tools and I was was shown 3 products straight away.  Bought all 3. Dog loves them and is doing well.

The staff here were so friendly, they go out of their way to help. The staff know about the products, they know about the pets and are only to happy to chat and give great advice, thanks again

Excellent customer service, great knowage amount staff , and always a pleasure visiting here.  My Blue Flemish Giant rabbit expectly likes the toy range. I often get him a treat or two plus a new toy when in the area.  Staff are great at handing and helping with my exotic pets.  Highly recommend poping into the store

Had a terrible experience bringing back a car scratcher that couldn’t stay upright the pole had broken off. Wes the manager was exceptionally rude. Said it’s clearly been used. Also stated it was the cheapest when I said it didn’t even serve its function. I’m not sure why he expected it not to be scratched by a kitten, that is its purpose. I left feeling very let down with very poor customer service. Not going back

This store is very hit and miss. During the week the staff don’t acknowledge you and appear to avoid you. On the weekend on the other hand the casual workers are all smiles and eager to help you out.

This is my first time ⏲ inside the Petbard at Petbard in Majura Park, to get food for our dog  and cat . The Petbard Majura Park is large has the biggest ranges of food pets.  Food for the birds , fishes , and all the food for the rest of the animals.  Toys for the dogs  and cats  .  Selling fish , with tanks and all accessories for the fishes .  Beds  for the dogs  and cats   ‍, all sizes, and many more wonderful products .  They will wash your dog  and groom also.

I'm always impressed by the staff at Petbarn. There customer service is excellent and you can tell how passionate they are about animals. We also take our poodle to the groomers there. While we usually have to book a month in advance they always do a great job. Here's a before and after picture taken on the same day.

I came to purchase a small muzzle for my 10 week old puppy whose teething and bites constantly as we have a 2 year old toddler coming to stay for the weekend. I was quite openly shamed by the male senior staff member and told to train the child instead. I’ll never return to this store out of pure embarrassment. I’m an amateur pet owner and this experience was offensive and humiliating. Other pet stores are helpful and this was not my experience with Petbarn. Try another store if you’re looking for advice that doesn’t leave you feeling terrible about yourself.

Went in with no clue on what to buy for our new kitten, legends at the counter assisted with all questions, recommended products and provided all required info! Loved my experience! Regular now :

A large range of stock, had lots of variety of chew toys and harnesses for my puppy. Very busy onna Saturday but still friendly and attentive.
